Aching, at the soul level

When we learn how to name and communicate sensitive feelings with each other while upholding our respect and integrity, we enter a deeper place with each other.

Many women feel an ache at the soul level —

as if something is amiss and if she could just figure what the it is, that’s missing, all would be well.

I felt that way until I realized it kept me separate and tethered to old self-limiting narratives.

This deeper place, I propose, can be instrumental to healing — ourselves, each other, our communities and the planet.

The trick is how to do it without creating more roles and more email, more todos and less ease… What we seek is a qualitatively different path — one that integrates the heart, the hand and the head.

To get there we must go together and we must go slowly, learning about the beautiful differences we carry within.
